Cookie Nip Dog Treats
For all of the furry friends in your life!
1 can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon Cookie Nip
6 cups whole wheat flour
If your mixture is too dry, you can add a little olive oil. Mix the first four ingredients together in a mixer using the dough hook. Slowly add the whole wheat flour. This dough will be more rubbery and much thicker than cookie dough. Roll out on the countertop between two rolling sticks. You don’t need to use parchment paper because of the texture of the dough. Cut dog bone or other shapes. Bake on 350 For 15 minutes and turn the biscuits over to bake for five more. At this time and temp, the bones will be a little soft for a puppy. If your dog likes hard crunchy bones, you can bake longer.
