Grape Salad
Take this to a potluck and there will be none left over.
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. Cookie Nip
3 pounds of grapes (I use green but you can mix green and red if you prefer)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Remove stems and wash and drain grapes. Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and Cookie Nip. Fold grapes into the creamy mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle the top with the brown sugar and chopped pecans.
