Peanut Butter Cookies

 

1 cup sugar
3⁄4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. Cookie Nip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir the ingredients together until smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls with your hands if you don’t have a cookie scoop. Using a fork, press the balls flat vertically (up and down) and horizontally (back and
forth).

 

Bake for 12 minutes. Let cookies cool for 1-2 minutes before removing from the tray. Store in an airtight container.
